K. Webb Galbreath
Mr. Galbreath reflects a conservative, choice-and-accountability-based instinct in regard to the balance of ratepayer advocacy and utility regulation. He supports multiple energy options for consumers. When faced with subject matter not familiar to him, he undertakes his own research as well as engaging others with knowledge and expertise. He has experience with local government and small department budgeting, as well as personnel supervision. He demonstrates a non-political nature.
Ann Bukacek
Ms. Bukacek has a solid grasp of conservative, free-market fundamentals and how they apply to the essential work of the PSC. She demonstrates a strong understanding of complex PSC issues. She is able to clearly delineate the roles of the Montana Legislature and the PSC. She is comfortable researching outside her field and realizes the benefit of subject matter experts available to commissioners. As a small business owner, she is experienced with budgets and staff. Her nature is liberty-minded citizen advocate.
